I was wondering what everybody's favorite LSP was for specific paint colors. What is your favorite LSP for white, black, silver, red, royal blue, yellow, etc. Does metallic flake in the paint change your choice of LSP as well and if so, would you choose a different LSP for say a blue car with no flake and a blue car with flake? All input would be appreciated. Feed back please

blacks, reds, and yellows = Souveran Paste and/or Four Star UPP

all others (lights and metallics) = Wolfgang Fuzion and/or Wolfgang 3.0 Sealant (Dodo Hard Candy nice too)

Some waxes will mute flakes, while others will make them stand out. Souveran paste is great on black. Soouveran Liquid is great on white. Supernatural, fuzion, SII, dodo diamond white/light fantastic are great on metallics and grey/silver. I could go on for days.

My personal recommendations are kind of skewed but I find that these all work great on any color:

Darker colors: Pinnacle Sig. Series II, Collinite 915, WG DGPS.

Lighter colors/metallics: Pinnacle Sig. Series II, WG DGPS, P21s 100%.

Let's not forget Opti-Seal on Millennium yellow, there Kller!! :)

I have to get me some 4 Star & Souveran in the "spring"........looks like time has nearly run out. All of a sudden, it got dark and cold!! Yek! :(

BTW, any new car scoop down there?? I have been doing my research online........do you know, NOBODY has hot colors for their sedans, unless your name is Audi (and of course, my there is my Chevy Impala). So disappointing!

See ya

If your looking for wax, check out the Dodo Juice line.

I do realize that there are different waxes for different colors. But I have come to Love the Souveran Liquid. This is my go to Wax. I use it on every color, every car. Easy on easy off in any weather. I'm buying a gallon before the year is out,for next season. I have 10 different waxes and Souveran is my favorite.

I am right there with you brother, Souveran Liquid still continues to blow my customers and myself away ( I have 9-10 various waxes)but Souveran blows them all away even Fuzion, DoDO Juice...well I better quit name dropping........

Whatever looks best on black, looks best in everything IMO.

I use Souveran paste on my Tornado Red Jetta. It practically glows in the dark.

I've used Souveran liquid on several cars of various colors, and they all looked stunning afterwards.

Some waxes will mute flakes,

I gotta tell you, I wince everytime I see or read this. I dont think any wax sets out to mute metallic but I do feel some can amplify them and help them stand out. Some ingredients and polymers likely add to flakes. I cannot truly think of a product that lowers the look of metallic from not having any protection (wax/sealant).

Light colors- Opti-seal, #16, WGDGS, and Paste Glaz (<-stunning on white)
Dark colors- Opti-Seal, WGDGS, & Souveran
Mattalic/Flakes- Sig II/DP MaxWax

I love fuzion wax, and I bought it when it was bogo, now I am wishing I would have purchased more. So far that seems to be my all around fav.
