Well, the dealer bought in the latest from the BMW Lease auction. Due to the extreme cold, I showed the dealer how good ONR is and washed the Z4 and white 545i. He is definitely impressed. The Z4 was then compounded with Optimum on a rotary and polish pad (very light scratches so the big artillery wasn't needed). Finished with XMT Glaze and will put an lsp on tomorrow after I do the interior.

The white just got a quick ONR and it's pre-sold, so I'll start on this car tomorrow afternoon.

And, last, but not least...another black monster to do. I won't know how bad the finish is until I wash it and inspect it...but it doesn't look pretty from my initial walk around.

Stay tuned for some results.

Toto, you are one lucky guy to work on all those expensive toys. I just love that 5-series. It looks serious, and slightly furious. I love it!
And that monster - what a ride. Just gordeous!

The white car has a rare Sport Package and all black interior, including blacked out wood trim (looks like zebra wood...black and dark gray). I'll post some pics when I get to the interior...one SERIOUS car!

I gotta get some zzzzzzz's....full work day tomorrow

people never take care of their 7's... it is quite unfortunate

definately lookin forward to the 5's interior, black is leaps and bounds ahead of all the other bmw interior colors

Really nice cars you’re going to detail Toto. I'll bee looking forward to your writeup's and to see how bad the cars really are.

You are definitely lucky to work on such beauties, even though you don't always get beauties to work with but you sure turn them in to beauties.

Toto,
nice work as always..I can already imagine what the black beemer has in store for you..I'll be looking forward to see your work..I think doing those black beemers is what gave you gray hair ;)

Nice to see you in action again Toto. You do some really good work. I envy your work enviroment!

Gray?...it's way beyond that LOL! Actually 4 daughters contributed heavily towards my hair color. I think the cars are actually therapy anymore.

See Ya

Toto, do you work for a BMW dealership? Or is a dealership that just sells a lot of BMWs?

P1et: I work for a small dealer that sells pre-owned BMW's exclusively. He used to be a full service new BMW dealer and sold the business. Now, he sells approx. 100 cars per year and has a "super" reputation for acquiring late model cars. It's just him, his wife, and myself for detailing. Great part-time work environment and couldn't ask for nicer folks.

Here's some pics of the finished Z4 that we delivered today. I included a pic of the new owner too!

Toto

I'm sure she will enjoy the car, good of you to share some information about detailing to the owner. The car looks beautiful, as usual you do great work Toto. Thank you for sharing.

Oh by the way you are very fortunate with the job you got, sounds like the owner is a really nice person and the best business's are family owned businesses...well as long as the family gets along. I tried that with my family and lets just say my sister and I have different working habits and we are not compatible. I'm an early person and she is a very late person, I like to bust my ass she likes to take it easy...well you get the picture hehehehe. It's all good though.

Toto, as always I just love looking at your work. You rock!

Toto,
Thanks for the pics. The new owner is looking very happy with her car. Your work is very impressive. Post more pics when you're done with the black one, I want to see the turnaround.

Good work again Toto.

Looking forward to see that Black 745 finished..

Wow Brother let me tell you, what a great job you did on that Z4, I Would love to be in your shoes working on my favorite cars, Keep Up Bro.

Thanks Manny. It was actually kind of fun to do because the car didn't need a lot of correction process like sanding and heavy compounding work. Plus, no chips to fill in on the front end!

The only thing I didn't do was put it on our mini-lift. There just wasn't enough time and the car was pristine to start with.
