Feedback on Website Launch and Pricing!

CER3 Come out with me sometime well go sell some jobs not wait for them to come to us...I'll show you how to sell a detail job

May take you up on that in the future, appreciate the offer!

At the end of the day I'm not worried about up selling or selling the detail service in general. I just want to make my site is easy to read/view and has a positive impact on my future business.

Hey guys, just wanted some feedback and opinions of my "phase one" website/services/pricing.

Here is a little background on me and the business:

Business Name: CER3 Premium Auto Detailing (CER is my initials and I'm the 3rd. Just in case anyone was wondering where that came from , lol)

Area of Business: DFW (Dallas / Fort Worth) *DFW is currently booming with lots of major Corporations moving their home offices to the area. Just giving you guys a heads up if you aren't familiar with the growth in the area.

Location of Business: Currently mobile or work is done at an open bay at my friends business. Looking to get a fix location by 3rd-4th quarter this year.

Age of Business: Started in Nov. of 2015 part time and slowly working towards going full time. I've been seriously detailing for a little over 3 years now. Working by myself for now, but could hire on someone if I personally can't keep up with the work or expand the business. LLC paper work is being filed as we speak!

Market Penetration: Looking to go after mid-high income families/clients. Goal is to take on 1-3 cars a day when things go full time. Paint correction services / maintenance details being majority of my business. Glass coating and touch up paint services will be added once I go full time/get a fixed location. Hopefully stick with just retail work , but may deal with some smaller dealerships to fill in the slower months.

Pricing: At $40 an Hour for majority of services and $50 for paint correction services. (Pricing may need go up on paint correction services or change my menu to an hourly rate, not a "package" and have it as an add on to a core detail service)

Website: cer3autodetailing (Website isn't completely finished, but is nearing completion)

Thanks again in advance! Hope a lot of you guys chime in with some feedback! :xyxthumbs:
Sounds like a great plan.your pricing may seem a little low,but you know that already, just price special projects accordingly .If you can keep your head out of the cloud of chasing 1000 .00 jobs all the time, and do good work and your pricing is comprehend able to from the public you are golden my friend.I personally would ditch the color touch up.It may cause a hassle for what it's worth unless you are a 100 percent confident in that area of expertise good luck.

Just tell your customer you us best products available and move on...Will Tuesday or Wednesday be better I have 2 or 3pm open which one?
:iagree: and get the phone number as well.I find in a big majority not all if reluctant to give number, maybe a indicator there not ready or your not what there looking for.off topic I went to Cozumel Mexico for the holiday, and saw really aggressive selling.we all know when visiting these destinations they sell. But this guy was non stop for a 12 .00 shirt, you want to see selling go to Mexico.

Okay, I was wondering how to handle that situation.
I was thinking the same thing , but didn't know for sure.

My goal is to get to $75+ an hour and mainly do paint correction services.

So are you mobile or do you have a fixed location ?
How close are you to $100 an hour ?

Just some advice ,there's nothing wrong with aiming at 75 to 100 hr jobs, just take note if you want work everyday you will not see it so frequently.so kinda be in the middle bracket 50 to 80 an hour or test your market area.

This is the biggest problem people have when starting a business (not just a detailing)

Simply creating a website will do absolutely nothing to bring in customers. You have to learn how to SEO your site

That's the only way people are going to land on your site, assuumminnngggg there's a few hundred people searching for your services on Google.

Making sure every word and sentence is proper is a waste of time- no one is going to see it

Generally speaking, getting to the first page of Google will take 3 to 6 months, also assuming you do on-page, link-building, and citation building correctly

Re-worked pricing after looking deeper into a few things.
I feel confident , but as you said , may not be worth the cost/time/risk.

Thanks for the feedback/advice!

I've been in sales my whole life (always attending "Presidents Circle's" year after year :xyxthumbs:), so selling me, the business, the detailing services, and asking for the sale wont be the toughest part. Gathering a lead and planting a seed like you guys have said is huge. You may not get them in your doors today, but they still want/need that service and if you sold yourself , you'll close them soon or later. Personalized "light" follow up is key in my opinion.
