Early this am doing my two bucket wash, using CG's Glossworkz, people pass by walking, bicycle. One little old lady, as I'm finishing up, says "your car so pretty, just like new", THANK YOU, & a short lived burst of energy for me. Later my wife takes the car to the grocery store & receives compliments, on how wonderful, our Audi looks. Wow! With that, I'm ready to buy more...

Anyway often times folks will rubberneck & look, but that little compliment, makes it worthwhile & puts a smile on my face. This is part of why we do this right??????

I believe that most of us do this for the self satisfaction, but it doesn't hurt when others notice.

I've had similar experiences. I've had some walk by and compliment me. I'm always appreciative and let them know that. I've also had a male and female walk by and the female whispered to her male companion that it was such a beautiful car.... Not sure why but that was my most memorable compliment. Not sure why it was whispered though!
