On average, with everything being equal, how many cars can you do with a 16oz bottle of each? (I'm trying to figure out how much I'll need to purchase.) Thanks!

A lot of cars. You only need to our 3-4 pea sized dabs of product on a pad to work a section. I usually just get the 32oz bottles. But I think FG400 comes in an 8oz bottle (but it's not 1/4 the price of the 32oz bottle).
If you get the 32oz FG400 maybe get the small bottle of SF4000 as you may find the FG400 finishing down well enough you don't need the SF4000. I don't always use a finer polish after FG400 as it finishes down really nice.
FG400 and SF4500 (I like it better than SF4000) will last quite a long time and you can get many cars to correct. In fact, I had to replace my 2yr old FG400 as it dried up on me. I had about 1/8 left and was going to replace it any ways. However, the cap could never close correctly as it was a defective cap. My guess air dried up the product. It was very clumpy and was difficult to use or even spread.
My SF4500 is about the same age as was my FG400, however, it is completely fine. I still use it and it has not lost any viscosity. The cap is not defective. This bottle is the 32 ounce bottle.
So IMO you will get quite a bit of usage with a 16 ounce bottle. BTW, IMO the Menzerna products are some of the best!!
