FIFA World Cup

Congrats to USA. It is good to see that USA is improving in this field. Klinsmann did a good job.

Anyway, my favorite team is out, in a controversial match with a stupid over-acted red card and biting. But still what happened just happened. May the best team win.
 
South and Central American copied a European game. The US developed three of it own games. Who needs a European game.
 
I was hoping messi would get a World Cup under his belt but unfortunately Germany slipped a goal in late in the match. Congrats to Germany.
 
As much as I liked Argentina, Germany was a better team, much deeper on the bench too & desrved a win. Congrats to them on their fourth. Though my all time favorite was the 1974 Germans, the dutch of that era were magnificent.

1-I don't understand why the Argentine coach replaced his Star player of the first half Lavezzi, unless he was injured?. Lavezzi was the key in bringing the ball to German's goal many times.:dunno:

2-Why would the coach leave Carlos Tevez @ home and bring the likes of Palacio & Agüero?:dunno::dunno:

Lastly I guess a German vs Holland match would have been much better, hope to see that in Euro 2016.

Euro 2016 will be expanded to 24 teams.
 
This was a good tournament. Germany played well throughout the entire tournament. Messi needs another star player to help him win. Overall a lot of good teams this time around.
