Just so you don't think I'm going all zaino on you and going for 100+ coats of UPW, the 1st coat was applied ~2 weeks ago, the second last night and the third this afternoon, I'm just trying to ensure that I have 2 solid coats before mother nature makes her winter appearance. This is a lousy pic and sorry it's sideways, but it's from my phone and it's an older flip phone. I took a few more with the wife's phone (better phone) and as soon as she downloads them I'll post them.

Just an FYI, the 2nd coats when on so much easier to apply and thinner than before and while you couldn't always see the product on the paint, you KNEW you were removing something from the feel. Like I mentioned, the car seemed to go from 'red,' to "fire engine red," to "Candy Apple Fire Engine Red" as the coats were added.

Anyway, here is the pic, stay tuned for more ...

That's some amazing reflections/depth you sure you didn't get your car re-painted candy red....can't wait to see the other pics.

Looks good. Personally, I have never been able to tell the difference between one coat and many. And lord knows I have tried really hard with all kinds of "tests". lol

Thanks Hernandez :dblthumb2:

When dealing with single stage paint, sometimes you can tell the difference, especially if it's a bright, deep color like red, especially since the last time I touched it was in July with a coat of Klasse HGSG and it really did need some #7 worked into the paint about now. But the way it sits now, it doesn't look like it needs the #7 until spring when it gets its intense spring cleaning & buffing.

•Me neither...
-even when I had younger, un-enhanced vision.

•If it could be possible to create an actual film-build,
when layering an LSP such as UPW:

-It would still be quite difficult for me to see...(even with my corrective lens)...a film-build of ~7-21 millionths of an inch on any type of paint-system!!
