I think it's the service station owners doing this. Why wouldn't they? Everyone is getting away with murder under this admin.

Well, if the gas prices hadn't skyrocketed under the Biden debacle, then the apple cart wouldn't have been flipped over allowing each of these individual proprietors to go Wild West on consumers at their own will.

It wasn't that many years ago (about 3 to be exact) that gas stations were strictly monitored for price-gouging after storms, power outages, and hurricanes. And if caught doing so, would be fined heavily.
