Finally pulled the trigger first major order

I totally understand, already wished I had added a few other items!
 
Well I only got one because the other required signature and I wasn't home. I'm gonna wait til I can open both and see it all in its full glory before I post in unboxing thread :)

aaaand they all arrived. I'll have to wait til Sunday to open now though cause these are the days with my daughter and I dedicate my time to her. I had a small peek though while she was doing homework :drool:

You either have incredible will-power or you're a masochist! I could not stand to have those boxes on the premises, knowing all the goodies waiting inside and not open them! :laughing:
 
What on earth needed a signature? My flex and rupes kit didn't!

Thanks a lot guys! I can't wait to start. The main issue why I ordered was the headlights though, so I have to, rather want to, wait for the Opti-Lens before I start.

Strangely enough, the box that had the Griots polisher was not the one requiring signature lol. Just the gallon items I think and some other of the bottled items.

No samples, but I was upgraded on the Opt polish, and possibly the sprayers? Still not sure about that, and yes 2 banners!

lol! The next one should be soon, that 24 hour wasn't enough time for me to think! ;) I already have a few others things I need. Also currently searching at other things like the small portable hot water extractors and electric pressure washers.

If you're wanting to do headlights, (and other small spot work) you should check out this kit from Mequiar's.

Hmm, I'm not getting that. Not sure if you applied the 20% discount I mentioned though. I think you might be using your local TX state tax which might be different. I'm in FL. Did you include the Griots order also?

Shows as 913.59 + 63.95 tax = 977.54, that includes discount of -187.40
Griots order was 238.89 total
1,216.43, and I need a few more things :|

I just like it because the sum of the parts alone are easily TWICE the cost. Plus you get that cool little Meguiar's bag to put your 'headlight' (or spot touchup) kit in. :)
 
Nice order. For the headlights, you might want to have them sanded and clear coated instead of using any kind of kit. It will end up looking much better as it will be properly resurfaced and will last longer than any conventional kit. If you do some searching on these forums, you can find topics where people have sanded their headlights and applied clear coat over them to create a smooth shiny finish.
