I am sure that I am probably the last one here to find this out, but I love this stuff when drying the car. Last night I wanted to quickly wash my car before it got dark since we had a large rain event here in central Texas and the sides of the car were caked with splatter. I use a foam gun to put the soap on the car and the two (2) bucket method to wash.

I am pretty good with flood drying and the car currently has a couple of coats of Collinite 845 on it. The part I hate the worst is drying. I use the blot method and unfortunately the hood is long and flat (MB SL550) so water beads but doesn't sheet off as well as I would like. Last night I tried using my FK425 to spritz on the car while drying and it worked wonders for making the job quicker and more thorough with a waffle weave towel. Thanks to whoever on this forum had mentioned that in another thread.

Trying to learn something everyday.

Thanks. Your review is the one that suggested using it as a drying aid. I bought it originally to try to lower the dust attraction of the car and to do quick touch ups. Thanks for the suggestion it is a real help for the part of the wash that I don't enjoy.

Did it help with the dust attraction?Feed back please

It seems to me that it does. I own a small manufacturing company and get dust from the back parking lot. The dust still goes on the car, but it seems to blow off on the drive home. I used to need to dust a few times a week and now I just wash once per week.
