Has anyone used this? If so how would this stack up against straight Iron X. That may not be on the same level, Since this has a rust remover but just curious as to how these two products would stack up?

-The Finish Kare Paint Decontamination System is an OEM Engineering...(For at the manufacturing-plants/dealerships)...Approved product...I don't believe IronX has that distinction yet.

-The FK Decon System is a car washing session, followed by their three-step de-con process, followed by another car wash session...IronX system is a car wash session followed by application/agitation process, followed by another car wash session.

-FK's third step...Their: Shampoo/acid-pH-neutralizer can be used as a stand-alone shampoo product to battle acid rain fall-out, for example...Don't believe IronX can be considered a shampoo, for any reason.

-ValuGard's ABC Paint Decontamination System is also OEM approved.

BTW: Isn't rust: Just another synonym for...Iron OXIDATION...

Thanks Bob!

Sorry if I offended you A-train..
I wasn't trying to be a smart-adz earlier...Just a little play on words pointing out that it's possible that the moniker: IronX... could be derived from the chemical reactions that causes rust.

IMO...It's a good idea to decon a vehicle ever so oftem...Any of the three decon systems so far discussed on your thread will do the trick.

:)

Iron X has the spray on and gel version and then its also available in a specialty shampoo as well.

Yeah I've got the Paste and shampoo gel. I just wanted to see if the FK system would have a leg up on that.

I believe one of the steps in the system is a wash step with FK118 Shampoo. I bought that on its own without the system and it is a pretty capable shampoo. Scentless though.

Is this system just old outdated technology using super harsh chemicals??? I'm not saying it
Is, I'm just asking.
