What type of buffer did you use?

Are you switching to a new MF towel frequently? I typically use 1 towel for 1 panel and then switch to a new, clean towel. The ensures that my towels are picking up the product and not smearing it around once they are loaded with spent product.
More details would be great though...
What products are you using? What is your exact technique? Are you doing an IPA wipedown? Etc Etc
Need more details, machine? Which polish or wax,or even compound?
Pads? Paint condition? Process?
The Cyclo orbital buffer!
I used 1 towel for the entire car! That was one of the reasons I read in an article and knew I made a mistake!
Steps I did: Clay Bar Entire Vehicle, Wolfgang Swirl Remover with orbital buffer, Wolfgang Finishing Glaze with orbital buffer, Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant with Orbital Buffer, Hand Waxed with Meguiar's Gold Class Carnauba Plus
No, I didn't do a IPA wipe down! Never heard of it until now!

IPA or wash the car then iPA to be 100% clean.
Yes, that's why it's important to re-protect the vehicle after an IPA wipe with either a sealant or wax.Just a question. If IPA is used does this remove the wax that is already on there? So would he have to rewax?
