Finishing polish for daughter's new ride

My daughter got her first new car and I was thinking about putting a coating on it, McKee's 37. After reading Mike's thread about the Porsche and always using a polish to clean and remove any marring from claying, if IGL F3 finishing polish would be the one or would there be another one.

I know the thought behind synergy, but I'm not sure if their fast polish would be gentle enough. The paint is pretty clean besides just a few places that will need more then just the cleaner polish.

So I'm open to any and all opinions.

Fast Polish or any finishing polish will do just fine.

Hello from a fellow Louisville resident. I completely agree with The Guz and Mike. Any light polish will do the trick.

CarPro Essence on a light polishing pad and follow it up with Cquartz UK 3.0. Easier to apply than McKee's, light years better hydrophobic property and will outlast it too.

I figured what I had would be no issue, but like I said after reading Mike's thread about a fine/finish polish, I just don't want to remove anymore then needed. I probably use just the paint cleaner on most of it.

I thought about either the UK or Pinnacle, but I already have the McKee's on hand. So I might as well go ahead and burn it up.

I did order the IGL trim coating for it. I liked what I read about it more hen some others.

Absolutely!! Let's just hope that we can get back to normal in time for 2021 Derby Festival---all of it.
