Although not new, not much said about the Fire Hose Nozzle. Just got it and I must say that I'm impressed. Very well built with stainless steel mechanism, brass fitting and a thick durable rubber casing. From a fine mist to a neddle jet stream to a flood and everthing inbetween. Perfect for the car enthuiast or pro detailer. I have bought tons of nozzles in my lifetime and this by far is the best for car washing. The best 20 bucks I have spent with AG.

I know it is one of Mike P's favorites. I may have to put it on the wishlist!

You know, I have a fire hose nozzle, and while it is nice, I have never been able to like it for some reason. I just prefer the pistol grip type nozzle. Guess that's where personal preference comes into play.

I love mine. Built like a tank, and very helpful washing and spraying. Its the only nozzle I've ever had that will clean the snow off the satellite dish on the roof of the house.

i have around 5 or more different firehose nozzles and i've been using them with the shut-off valve for years. i like the different variations of spray patterns and it's nice to be able to twist all the way to one side to a blooming pattern to flood/sheet water off for the final rinse. i've been using the smaller vroom/carrand (they both have lifetime warranties) one the most as of late...

You just sold me Ron. It seemed like a lot to me in the past... especially because I like a one hand trigger nozzle. However I've had it with my crappy nozzles. You really do get what you pay for! Spend 6-10$ on a nozzle like I have been and I would probably go through more then 10 of them before one of those beautys would brake down. This one is in my cart to stay for my next order.

I'm sold on that too justed replaced mine this summer and got get a new one thx

You should buy the Griot's and write a review on both! :poke:

I love my bon aire nozzle from lowes. Had it a decade now.

I know, just picking on Corey. :D But I'm pretty certain that I wouldn't drop $90 on a water hose nozzle.

 I'm going to have to pass on that but now I have to go see what a 90$ nozzle looks like!.... Queue Pulp Fiction - Travolta and the 5$ milkshake.

Well, couldn't find that clip but there were some great scenes in that movie including this one: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f6csp2fZt2E]YouTube - Pulp Fiction Breakfast Scene[/video]

Check out the brains on brad!
Makes me want a big kahuna burger :hungry:

Sorry - :offtopic:

:xyxthumbs: I couldn't do it, but then again I thought $175 was silly for wax...

I just checked that thing out. Very nice but unless it can hover above me and turn off and on when my brain sends it a signal... 90$ might as well be 500$. Thats crazy talk!

i wouldnt spend it either but my wife did for an anniversary gift about 15 years ago. it is bulletproof.

This hose nozzle is the best. For $20.00 you absolutely cannot be disappointed. Three years ago, I went through three different nozzles. The handles would break, they'd leak, wouldn't produce a consistant spray pattern. I saw this fire hose nozzle at a trade show and had to have one.
I've drug it across some pretty rough concrete, yanked on it when it was caught on a porch step, and dropped it several times on the driveway. You absolutely can't break it, and with all the different spray patterns, you can use it for everything from washing/rinsing your car, watering flowers, or spraying your siding with the jet stream. $20.00 will undoubtedly save you money after not having to plop down $7-$10, two or three times a year on cheap-o nozzles from Meijer and Home Depot.

I believe I got mine back in 2004 and haven't used anything since.

Fire Hose Nozzle

Can you turn this off going either direction or just one direction? I know I can put it on a piece of hose with a shut off valve but that's not the point.
