Fire Hose Nozzle

I bought a fire hose nozzle recently. I went back to a multi-patter sprayer since it was just easier to use - no twisting to adjust the pattern. I had less pressure but more much more water flow with the fire hose.

Can you turn this off going either direction or just one direction? I know I can put it on a piece of hose with a shut off valve but that's not the point.

I have one that looks like the picture of the one in post #18. I am assuming they are all alike. I can turn mine off in either direction.

the one i have only turns off in one direction. i also got the griots one for a present many years ago something like 03-04 time frame. both are used regularly and seem to be bulletproof. the have been dropped a lot as well as throw and dragged across the driveway.

also... sears has the craftsman firehose nozzle for under $20 and is guaranteed forever = lifetime warranty...

I have 3 on different hoses around the house and yard and a new, unopened one hanging above my workbench, Never know when you might need a spare. Guess this means I like it better than any other.

Home Depot sells this for $12.00.AG for $20.00 ? Don't they buy from the same factory ?

Don't forget chemical guys sells the same one for around $9. Cheaper shipping too.

I got a Gilmore one from Home Depot. It was like 20 bucks and it's so much better than the plastic cheap ones.

Right, I was going to order everything with AG, fire hose/2 buckets with my next weeks order, but one 5 gallons bucket at Home Depot is $2.60,here the same bucket is $12.99 ?
without the Autogeek sticker LOL.

Bucket is a bucket I don't get the $10.00 difference,maybe AG sells "Premium" buckets.:props:

A bucket is not a bucket...bought two from Home Depot and they both cracked on the bottom center ring.
