I started looking online for info. about detailing the engine compartment and I found Auto Geek to be a wonderful source for ideas and "how-to" information. I want to thank all of you for helping me without even knowing it. I have a few pictures of before and after for you to see. After seeing the change I have gotten bitten by the bug and now I'm addicted to a clean enginbay. I will be adding many new things to the engine in the next few weeks/months and I'll add more pictures then. Peace Out, Moe

Very nice, clean engines are a beautiful thing!

My dad has C4. Black SS paint that's original (20 years old now, looks decent)... Now if only I can get him to stop doing a single bucket wash on it.

Got him moved over to microfiber towels at least.

It's swirled up a bit, but the amazing thing is, he's won best paint 4 times this year... I'll take pics next time I'm at his house.

Everytime I see an engine detailed I think how lucky I am to have a Boxster. Unless the car is on a lift you cant see the engine.

Nice job!

Hi Keith,
You can't see my engine either if the hood isn't up LOL. I've been there. If they can't see it it ain't dirty. Have a Great Weekend. Moe

P.S. I'm working on this one too.

the C4 engine bay was so easy to move around in and clean.
