Yeaaa.. I've definitly learned my method. I have it all now. Grit guard, 2 buckets, guzzlers.. Don't want to say it but I used to use some pretty bad stuff on my car without knowing.. Hopefully with what I know about washing now and what I have to use, they will stay away.
:righton:

Great work! :applause:

Glad to see you tackled this yourself.

For the rims I used eagle 1 wheel and tire cleaner topped with DP wheel glaze. And for the tires I used some armor all gel I had laying around w/ an applicator. My dad seems to like it but I haven't really used it. We'll see how it turns out.

Love that aa gel, if you don't like a shinny finish next wash just go over it with the applicator with no gel. Bottle almost full after 3 mos.

I do like the shiny finish. I wasn't expecting so much shine out of it though. I will try just the applicator next time for sure though and see what I like better. Thanks for the tip.

Car looks great man. The AA is really glossy, which is why I stopped using it. I like a nice deep black satin shine on tires, and I really like the Black Magic products (Tire Wet Foam or Gel).

Great job and welcome to the addiction! And you are so right about how much you can learn by just hanging around and listening to others. Some absolutely great knowledge and advice on here!
