My wife and I took delivery of a pre owned 2009 Subaru Forster wagon. Silver metallic grey. The out side needed a clay and a Swirl remover polish & swirl remover with 5 inch cross grove pads with and finishing black and glaze. I spend two days on the out side cleaning the wheel arches , alloy wheels and paint. the interior was like brand new so only a minor vacuum was need and an inspection for the tool kit and owners manuals. I stuck with Wolf Gang line of products and was very impressed by The new detail carnauba spray by XMT pinnical I plan to order a gallon great stuff I have a spay bottle the real package tray and a coupe of microfiber towels for emerge touch up.
I purchased my Subaru from Tim Simmons in Long Beach, Bad experience with my first encounter to chance the brake pads they didn't feel right because I was told I could not take it on the freeway. Concerned for my wife's safety I told them to change the pads I got screwed on the bill more the it cost to change brake pads on my Mercedes-Benz 300-E I ordered the factory workshop manual at thier cost plus 10% so I can see how to service this Subaru my self. . The Sales man said Oh the car is detailed . I like to know what they consider a detail. Plus the Finance manager is a real piece of work.
after telling him my Credit union approve a loan he gave me a better rate then asked to speak with my credit union. I am a bit suspicious of their tactics.
The paint know looks wonderfuls smooth and clear, too bad it has to sit in out back yard my garage is filled with two Mustangs and a 280SL Mercedes-Benz in the shop for a restoration to the body and interior
My other wife's car a Black 300-E Sport line 1992 sits out site covered as well and need my attention. Thanks to Michael Book I was able to correctly polish this car and used Wolf Gang Fusion wax' to finish it off.
I plan to use my paint dept gauge to test the vehicle's paint. I still see some minor spider webs in the hood , but it is 1000 times better than when we picked it up.
getting my garage organized now I got great customer service from you fooks at Auto Geek. Thank you very much. despite the fact my body heart
for two days I enjoy a clean car and showing the dealership waht a proper auto detail looks like.
Sincerely
Bob Geco
