Hey all, been a lurker for some time here. Finally just made an account after ordering some stuff off the site. Well basicly, my brand new 2014 focus st was destroyed in a German parking lot(Military overseas). Was parked at a local store, went in to grab a couple things and came back out to notice a chuck of paint missing off my front bumper. I know the picture is the best. I can definitely get some better ones tomorrow. I know the bumper needs to be repainted. Butttt I want to try and see what results I can muster up. Gonna get some primer and factory tuxedo black touch up paint from the local ford dealer. Gonna prime it, put lots of touch up paint on, then make my way up from 1500 grit to 3000. Any possibility this could turn out good? I know its right on an edge so i definitely need to be careful of my pressure on the edges. Ive wet sanded before but not much. Worked with some 2500-3000 grit to get out some nasty bird poo no problems. I just don't know if this one is too tough for me to tackle. Hopefully I posted this in the correct section as well. Sorry for the horrible writing, just got off weekend duty and ready for bed. Hope to hear some encouragement and/or tips on how to tackle this one.
