Finally had a nice enough weekend (and time) to give my car (2014 Mazda 3 - Silver) and Wife's car (2003 Chevy Cavalier - Blue) a little detailing love, and to break in some of the products I got from AGO.
Both cars were looking a little worse for wear, especially my wife's, which had been neglected for a while. Hers still needs work, but I'll need to spring for a DA and get some swirl remover to get it looking fantastic.
My Exterior process:
Meguiars Hot Rims Tire and Wheel Cleaner
Chem. Guys Mr. Pink Wash (2 bucket method)
Towel Dry
Poorboy's Bold and Bright Tire Gel (2 coats)
Pinnacle Clay Bar (Wife's only. My car passed the hand/plastic bag test)
Poorboy's Polish With Sealant
Meguiar's UQD
Interior:
Wipe down all appropriate parts with Meguiar's Ultimate Protectant
And the results look pretty good to my Novice eye - especially for a job done by hand. Pictures show the driver side view of both cars, and the reflection off the hood.
