To sum it up, this car had 10 years of dirt and had never been really deep cleaned. It was a challenge, but helped refine some of my techniques, plus I got to test out the new Meguiar's Microfiber pads (which I really like) and associated polish and finishing wax. It came out better than I thought it would, not perfect, but as good as I could get in the time alloted (note the stain on the driver's mat, hit it 5 times with APC/Folex and it wouldn't come out). I only do a couple cars a month and I'm in no way a professional.

So it all started with the interior, I used Meguiar's APC 10:1 dilution on interior plastics and leather, Folex and Meg's APC 4:1 on carpets.
Here are the seats before I started

On to the exterior. I used Meguiar's Super Suds wash, Degreaser for the engine, APC 4:1 for tires and wheel wells, P21S for the wheels. I then clayed with Meguairs, Blackfire and some agressive clay (not sure the brand) with Last Touch 1:1 as the lube. This was followed up with D300 and the MF cutting pad, then finally D301 with the finishing pad. I really like this combo, easy to use, cuts really well, and I love the smell of both products. Over all this will be my go to. I could've got more correction with M105, but the customer wasn't looking for perfection and I didn't want to deal with the dust.

that Megs MF is starting to make a believer out of me

nice work

Thanks guys! Yes the leather took 3 hits with APC and lots of scrubbing, then the leather conditioner. He told me 10 years he's never cleaned the seats, so I was surprised they came out as good as they did.

Yeah I'd say I got about 85% with only one application for the whole car (2-3 passes per section). I could've gotten it perfect, but this was above what the customer paid for anyways (I wanted to play with the new system) and I was running short on time.

If it stops raining I'll try on my metallic dark blue truck, it's covered in snow brush marks and swirls. That'll be the true test.

Nice work Indy! The leather turned out real nice for a 10 year car that never need treated.

Good work! That leather was bad, and you got it looking great.

Great turnaround on the leather! Great overall resukts as well.
