After hearing so many great comments about AG, I decided to put my first order through last night!
Part of the order included two polishing pads which I quickly decided to change, so I called AG today and they said there was absolutely no way they would change it since the order was already in Warehouse status. I asked whether it had been packed or even shipped, the answer I received was that the order might already be packed, or it might be on the "back of a truck".
12 hours later, no tracking number or anything, still same status. I ended up going through another vendor to get the items I had wanted instead since AG seemed to not care about changing the order. To be honest, I'm quite disappointed that no effort was put into actually attempting to change my order
I really expected better feedback from AG seeing the good reviews I've read.
