After hearing so many great comments about AG, I decided to put my first order through last night!

Part of the order included two polishing pads which I quickly decided to change, so I called AG today and they said there was absolutely no way they would change it since the order was already in Warehouse status. I asked whether it had been packed or even shipped, the answer I received was that the order might already be packed, or it might be on the "back of a truck".

12 hours later, no tracking number or anything, still same status. I ended up going through another vendor to get the items I had wanted instead since AG seemed to not care about changing the order. To be honest, I'm quite disappointed that no effort was put into actually attempting to change my order :( I really expected better feedback from AG seeing the good reviews I've read.

PM me your order number and I will look into it when I get in the office, thank you.

It's so hard not to comment when I read negative post's about AG's customer service. It's like reading something bad about your sister on the bathroom wall and you know it's not true. This is a fair company with great customer service. Rest assured Meghan will get to the bottom of it.

Autogeek Has on of the BEST customer Service that I have ever seen...
I am sure they will do anything to make you satisfied.
Give them another chance, YOU WON'T be disappointed!

They'll fix it. All the thousands of positive reviews can't be wrong.

I don't follow how "I called them back quickly" and the order status sooooo far along it might be "shipped" or "loaded in the truck already". The contexts are just far off and to me. I am not defending you or AG at this point, just seeking clearer information.

How much time after you placed the order did you call them quickly?

Surely, then, you would also have read how AGO personnel,
(as well as myself and no doubt many others), always appreciates it when:

"Unhappy-situations" are not reported on the AGO forum, as you,
(evidently), felt compelled to do so/have done.

I've never had one issue with AG and their service....ever!

Sent from my SPH-M930 using AG Online

No worries we have taken care of the package, all is well in the Geek world! ;)

You see... Like I said thousands of positive reviews can't be wrong.

Meghan, once again you've done us geekers proud.

Here they come to save the day!!! (insert the Mighty Mouse theme song.... if you guys are old enough to remember the cartoon character)

I can definitely say that I will only order my supplies from AG from now on!

Extremely impressed with how the situation was handled. Shout out to Meghan for the amazing communication and feedback. I would delete this thread if possible. No exaggeration, best customer service I've ever dealt with.

See, all you had to do was give them a chance they have top notch customer service. All companys customer services should model themselves after Autogeek.

I mean i just spent 1,000 dollars. i they kidding me

You had it for over a month dude. Tell me any other place that would replace it for you after having it for over a month.
