First Time AG Customer Disapointed with AutoGeek Service

I think this is pretty funny cause i was pretty disapointed today myself.
i have made about 4 different orders totaling over 1,000 dollars in a few months. i bought a foam gun and the foam wand broke. only had it about a month and a half. used it only about 4 times. when i called them up they said well we sell them for 6.99. i couldnt believe they wouldnt replace it. I mean i just spent 1,000 dollars. i they kidding me

Was it defective?? Or did it just get broken??
 
I definitely agree! AG will be my where I get all my supplies from now on, online cart is about to get full again for the next order :xyxthumbs: Too many good products here :buffing:

Next time don't bash them on the forum, contact them via phone, cause you see what you get from us, we have Autogeeks back, did you think we would hop on your wagon and bash them with you like this other guy that had his foam gun for a month and broke it now he wants a new wand.smh

I just want to clear one thing up, since I see this over and over! We at Autogeek do not care if you spend $50 every six months with us or in asaleagent case $800 over the past year. When you purchase from us you are our customer, period! We love you the minute you become a geek and we will treat you as if you are family. To be honest we don't even see what you spend unless we go into your history, which we really have no need to do. You buy from us, we provide you customer service,it's our mission here to be the best in customer service!!

As for your wand, I received your private message, I looked and you have had this for two months, I don't know what happened with it but I will follow up with you via PM.
 
I have ordered quite a few supplies from AG, no problems. My last order was a new Metro-Vac, and i was sent the wrong vac. Hey, mistakes happen, I get it. But trying to get a hold of customer service with the number and extension given on the website became a gruelling ordeal. I left several messages and put in a email request with no response. Finally after 2 hours of calling every 15 minutes I got through. The problem was quickly taken care of and the women(Penny?) i spoke to was very nice and professional. But does a company this size really have just 1 customer service rep?
 
I would enjoy seeing a typical day of operations at the warehouse. Given the volume of orders placed, from order received to orders packed and placed on the truck. I would love to see some metrics as well: number of phone calls received, emails received, electronic orders received, and so on. Maybe this would give people a better understanding of how easy or how difficult it is to change an order.

That's a Great way to deal with those kind of stuff, ( But of course, If someone spends 10$ and the other spends 10,000$ It would be a little different ).

Can't even begin to talk about you and even Mike...
We all Know that even with the best products and the best Customer service available, there will always be someone that would be disappointed...
you could even see them on product reviews...
30 Reviews with 5 Stars, Then 1 Review with 1 or 2 stars....

Everybody that writes Autogeek on google, knows on the spot that there is no better place to buy....

Every time I order from Autogeek I get excited.... :props::props:
 
I can definitely say that I will only order my supplies from AG from now on!

Extremely impressed with how the situation was handled. Shout out to Meghan for the amazing communication and feedback. I would delete this thread if possible. No exaggeration, best customer service I've ever dealt with.
