First time out ever: impressions and questions

rick100 - that's fair. I am a neophyte so I am on my first try of everything. I am torn between the LC Microfiber and the Uro (LC a little cheaper). I was thinking of ordering a few of each to try out. I started with GG Correcting and am going to go down to GG Fast Correcting to see if that helps a little.

Yes always try it out. I also have 2 pure microfiber and 2 hybrid ones. To be perfectly honest , I still prefer my foam pads , there is something about the foam pads that make me more comfortable when correcting. The microfiber ones scare me a little bit , it seems like I m removing too much , the hybrid one gives me a bit more piece of mind. But I m nowhere near as experience as most guys here , I wish I could do more cars to get more comfortable and improve my technique....

rick100 - I was definitely going to try the GG Fast Correcting with orange foam pads first before moving to the MF pads, for exactly the reason you say.
