Hey I have been using the optibond tire gel and love it so a fellow geeker recommended I mix it 3:1 and use it as interior dressing and I like it thanks chad. Does anyone else use this?

I use this but I get streaks on my tires. For some reason it does not want to bond with the tire. I actually posted a thread about this. But I like how long it lasts on the trim! Great product tho :)

Nope I'm a PERL man myself.

But I know forum member Ayankeeman has used it before. Pretty sure he like it :)

Thanks Ive heard a lot of good about Perl

CG Silk Shine is what goes on my interior. Sometimes I'll uses Adam's SVRT just on the door panels because it is water resistant. That way I don't get streaks when I open the door in the rain.

I haven't used it on interior. I would imagine it would do a great job. I use Ultima for interior, lasts forever.

I do use Perl 3:1 to top my tires on the weekly washes I do. I have Ultima Tire and Trim on my tires and top it with PERL @ 3:1.

I do want to see how it looks on leather actually...

they should really change the name of this optibond tire gel cause it can be used a whole lot more than tires . the name just kinda well ya know tire gel - what would that imply . have to read product description and can be used for a whole lot . but I've never used in interior - tires and tonneau covers 1:1 , Wolfgang cockpit and cqf&l for me .

I LOOOOOVE the finish that it leaves on my tires! Its the perfects gloss. Not too shiny but a perfect matte look.

i use it on tires, havent tried it on interior..just on ext trim pieces

I don't like using gels on anything if its oil based since through time I have seen the color fade away.

I use the Otpi-Bond on tires, it's my all around favorite tire dressing. Meguiar's Silicone Free Dressing for a more matte look. I don't use it for interiors - I prefer the Meguiar's Quik Detailer for that.

Ive used it on tires, went through a bottle. I wasnt blown away by it but its a solid product.
