So I bought a GG6 from AG, this weekend was the first try at using it. My roof had some swirls as it had never been buffed out by machine. I forgot to take before pics as I was too excited to finally have a nice day outside to get going. My roof was the only thing I could hit because I took it really slow and just figured out what pads to use. Seems my paint is pretty soft, so I used an orange LC CCS pad to get rid of the swirls with M205. Then I hit it again with a White CCS pad and M205. After that it seemed ok, so I waxed it with megs ultimate paste wax. It is a daily driven 2007 Hyun Tiburon. Will get a shot of another panel to show condition which matches the roof when the sun is in the right spot tomorrow.

On a side note, this is my rear spoiler... It is pretty darn oxidized. Today I was going to tackle it with 205 and the light cut pad just to see. Do you think it will work? Or should I save the polish and go straight to M105?

Enjoy the gg6 it's a good machine :)

Always test spot with the least aggressive so test with the 205 and if that doesn't cut it move to the 105

Thanks guys, I really enjoy it. The great thing is, it wasnt as loud as I thought it would be. Dont want to freak out the neighbors as I am the new guy on the block haha.

Will do a test spot on that spoiler and post the results when I get out there. It will be interesting to see what 205 does to it.
