Normally I shut down during the winter for detailing because my garage doesn't have heat or water. I had a friend contact me asking me to do his truck for him before his baby was born and said I could use his company's building to do it in. Well I figured I could use the extra cash so I agreed. I didn't realize how much stuff I had until I had to load it all up haha. The truck is his work truck and also is used for when he goes hunting so it sees a lot of rough conditions. Overall the truck came out pretty good. We went with a 1 step polish as he was more concerned with a good interior cleaning. I went with Fast Gloss 400 on an orange pad with my Flex 3401. It got about 80% of the imperfections out and left a great shine. There was a lot of RIDS that were way to deep to polish out but in the end he was very happy. The before pictures were taken with my cell phone so they aren't that great. On with the pictures.

Great turn around on that beast!
Oddly enough, I have some sort of sick attraction to neglected cars, I love the difference seen after a few hours. My favorite part is definitely seeing the customers jaw hit the ground when they see what I've done with their vehicle. Great job!!!

Great job, what was your process/product for the engine compartment?

Thanks everyone. I cleaned it with Megs Super Degreaser then agitated with various brushes. I dressed it with PB BnB and Megs Aerosol Dressing.

WOW.. I couldn't even see the floor mat in the before picture!!

Nice job!

How long did this take you?

Thanks! If you don't count breaks it took about 8.5 hours.

You rock dude!!! Talk about the white tornado. All for such a thankless vehicle. Sorry truck lovers. I hate doing these monstrosities, and I price them accordingly. Impressive work!!! The owner must have been in shock.

I agree people really don't know whats involved, and are so delighted to get their s--- boxes revived. People seem to hate their cars it seems. Or their lives are so upside down, the car is the last thing on the list. Thank God for the dedicated pros here, that actually deliver the goods related to reconditioning, rejuvenation and protection.

Thanks! He was very happy when he saw it. He said it was the best it has ever looked.
