Fix for doors freezing shut?

I hate IL, but I know others have it worse weather wise. I just got a dodge caravan for work, and the slider doors keep freezing shut! Is there anything I can do to prevent this? I tried spraying teflon on the seals, that didn't help.

Gummi is an excellent tip (and inexpensive, too!). It's one of those must-haves.
Just don't expect much durability if you use it on the outside.
