Didnt want to "show up" AG, but I use DI when I need something quickly, since they are in NY and Im in CT so "ground" shipping is basically overnight depending on what time of day I order.

My last update got pushed to the previous page.

Dealer paid up, I just got the check in the mail yesterday. While it wasnt 100% of the estimate, it was a little over 90% of the estimated cost.

Im going to take a gander at fixing it myself....Im not hopeful but I figure at this point I couldnt make it much worse than it already is. Then the only question is does the actual estimate come in at what was quoted.....since the bulk of it would be paid for Im not TOO worried, I just dont want it to get completely out of hand.
 
Its been a while, but the saga is now over.

Couldnt really tell how bad it was until I saw the 50/50 shots. Came out really nice (probably better than before the dealer had at it). Interested to see the looks vs OptiCoat 2.0 but Im expecting it to look great. Finally supposed to be sunny and not freezing cold here in CT tomorrow so Ill actually take the car to work and for a drive.
