flash brown royal wheel cleaner

good morning gals and guys!

need a little advice and help on a non-acidic wheel cleaner i have just found that is a true spray on wash off no aggitation product. it costs about half what similiar cleaners charge. the company flash auto detail has been in business for 13 yrs.

the most time consuming part of my car detailing is the proper cleaning of wheels including the barrels which i do every other wash. because the rotors and calipers are so large on my jag i have the jack each wheel up and spin clean the barrels to do it right no matter what type brush i use.

the writtn reviews on brown royal are wonderful and all u tube presentations are excellent. being the skeptic that i am i hope some of you have tried this product and can confirm what i have found. if all is true this would be a "blue bird from Heaven" for this 70 yr old guy!

tks a million and please hit me back.
budinscFeed back please
Bud, It is the best Ive tried! Find a buddy to split shipping costs and it is an even better deal!

I didn't see your last post there, that you've ordered a gallon...its a good wheel cleaner, if its light brake dust you won't have to agitate but I didn't find it to be the miracle wheel cleaner that it is made out to be, still good tho. The smell is down right rough tho, I wear a mouth and nose mask when I use it.

Adam, the color isnt too appealing either.

Jim has been telling me about this stuff for a long time. I'm almost through this gallon of ARO and plan to get some. Only problem I hate paying shipping. Looks like these guys need to find a proper distribution network like AG.

Meghan or others, can you comment as to if an attempt has been made to distribute Brown Royale or if it's possibly you might pick it up?

I 100% agree Corey! As others have pointed out, it is Clearcoat safe and will remove just about anything including highway paint. Bud I prefer a dilution of 2:1 after some trials.

Does anyone else us it in the engine compartment like I do? I usually spray it all over and agitate. What's nice is that it's safe for all the labels. I used Megs APC+ before and it cleans very well but it destroyed the label.

jim, do you mean 2hto or 2br? on wheels flash says 1 to 1 or full strength if you dont want to agtate.

Is it better than Folex? I have also thought about buying that too. I've only seen one review on it though.

no I personally wouldn't say its better than folex.

I can't remember exactly what I paid for it but I think folex is more bang for your buck price wise.

anyone one know where i can get brown royal or which website ty

I have used Brown royal and loved it, great for German wheels and others that are soiled, even as a weekly or bi weekly cleaner too. I also love the fact that it can be used as other things and is really not that toxic

I use Brown Royal all the time. It is very good on brake dust. It also does wonders on the barrels (which I tend to miss doing like I should. The only thing I have had a problem with were my uncoated alloy rims. When I stripped off the clear coat and applied Brown Royal (straight stuff no dilution) it etched the finish with murky clouding. I would not come out with polish, so I had to use compound to get it out. I did use it after coating with Optimum Gloss Coat and it seemed fine. Everything else I used it on seemed OK.
