is there anything special when it comes to working with flat black paint? would I machine it like i would a reg color car?

You just wash and dry. No buffing, no sealants and no wax.

Swissvax makes a flat paint line of products.

You can. I have, but I wouldn't

I saw no evidence that it either helped or hurt. It was still flat black afterwards...lol

Flat Black Paint seems to me, to be no fun for a detailer! I love to see a car shine, just can't understand wanting flat paint like that!

Like MP said, Swissvax does sell some products specifically for a matte finish. They are sold on another site so I will leave it up to you to find them if you so wish.

It's always good to have a little contrast to break up the monotony....
