Thanks, can't wait to get pads and give it a go.

At the same time very curious to compare it with my G220.

Congrats on your Flex 3401!!!

I wish the 110V version has a red cover like yours.

Where are you from?

I got the Flex 3401 for Christmas but have only used it on the trunk of my wifes car...Hope the weather will be better next week.

Thanks, Sydney - Australia here.
(If you really want the red cover I guess you can order it from the manufacturer).

I do nearly all my detailing in the garage, as the winter in Australia is about +15 Celsius on average (why not move over here :dblthumb2:).

The good thing - this is 230 Volt model, but ordered from US .. :D

As Australia is on 230V it was next to impossible to use similar tools from US unless one is willing to muck around with step-up transformers (with possible problems .. etc).

Just to mention - the Flex 3401 RRP here in AU is over AU$900 = US$930 or so.

Did that SoftVib handle come with yours, or did you buy it separately? Mine didn't come with one...was it supposed to?

Yes, the SoftVib handle was in the box.

Nice pics of the Flex. The real question is do you have any more pics of the girl in your avatar.

.

Thank you all for the kind words.

Currently I'm freaking out as its still rainy and I can wash my MB and test the beast.

Did you really say nothing special? I'm in the wrong country, apparently...
