My flex starting doing this weird loud vibrating thing today and I got it less than a year ago. When I called the company they have listed as an authorized fixer (Star Sales in Woburn, MA) on the warranty information page they said they dropped the contract and weren't even aware they were listed in the first place.

Where can I go in MA to get my flex fixed?

My warranty should cover it. Advice Please!!!!!!

If you purchased through AG I would call them and ask for help!

When my Flex broke a couple years back we sent it to an authorized dealer in Tennessee, who sent it back a week later and said they no longer work on them. We then sent it to Powerhouse in - I think - Iowa. Meghan posted a link a few days back for them, look under the flex forum link thingamajigger in the main forum area. They repaired my Flex under the warranty and it worked fine for a couple years. You should know that they had mine for two months during the repairs.

My Flex recently broke and I was directed to a local armature here in Knoxville, who then referred me (time constraints) to a small repair shop who fixed it in under a day.

Good luck.

I was going to call AG but won't be able to for the next couple days. I'm hoping someone from there will chime in on this thread.

I can't go without it for 2 weeks never mind 2 months!!!

Sorry to hear about your Flex. Sounds like it might be time to pick up a cheap rotary to keep you going while your flex is being repaired. Don't be scared Mike you can do it.:bolt:

negative ghost rider. the wife is taking all detail purchases out of my acura TL savings account. she's a smart woman. I'm just going to use it until something flies off rendering me unconscious or the cold weather comes.

I tightened it when I got home last night but didn't have a chance to use it. I will find out today. That could be the case and I'm just overreacting. Things don't sit well with me when car related things break dent or scratch.

Well that would be convenient bit of information to tuck away for future use ... gong to go look for that information now.

the backing plate is not loose. Vibrating worse today. I don't even know if I want to take it apart. Is it easy? Will they void the warranty?
