Flex Repair Question

I had my Flex set up to use the edge pads. The part that screws in snapped in two. An ordinary repair place would never have this edge/flex part, so I was wondering if there was a place to send in the machine.

Now that I think about it, it could be cheaper to order the part and have my repair guy take off the part that is stuck on the Flex and replace the part.

Anyone know where to order parts for the Flex?

The part that broke.Was it part of the Edge adapter ? Do you have a picture of it ?

If the part that broke is a piece of the Edge adapter then you'll need to get in touch with Edge/3M to get it replaced.
