loudog2 New member Joined Aug 5, 2008 Messages 2,880 Reaction score 0 Jun 20, 2009 #2 I use a lithium grease on it. I rub it around the ring and back of backing plate, then wipe off any excess grease. I usually do it every 3-4 uses.
