Hey guys I was wondering what some key things to put on fliers to drum up some winter business are?? I know winter protection etc but it would be nice to get some input on what helps you guys? Thanks!

Are you in a place where you can wash a vehicle indoors? If so offer a basic wash and wax package, something for people to get their vehicle taken care of when they can't do it themselves.
Offer a volume oriented, low price basic full detail package. Get them in and wow them, then sell them the big packages in the spring.
Do you do any odor removal, or specialized services? Headlight restoration or chip repair? Find something you can push during the winter months.

yeah of course salt removal is important and interior vac. but for sure cleaning up the outside is very important cause i know around here that the day after the snow melts off the road, the car wash has a line wrapped around the building. for me, i like to sell winter packages all during the fall so that customers know they will get their car washed every 10 days or so without having to worry about it. good for me and good for them.
