Florida Rain

It has been raining like crazy here in the Washington DC area for the past 5 weeks. Itrained from Tuesday through Friday this week and it is overcast today.

Rain is always good though, better rain than drought (unless it's flooding :D)

Man we had another series of thunderstorms move thru South Florida late this afternoon, I think we have now had 16 straight days of these storms and they still say we are under the normal rain level.

It's gonna pry be at least 2 years of rain like this to get back to where we used to be at for a comfortable level. Our lake house is evidence of that, all the lakes are connected, and they tried pumping water in but didn't really help, we've had a drought for a few years now and it's gotten worse and worse... till now with the rain. Pisses me off, house just sits, don't bother going up there as can't do anything. We sometimes rent it out but nobody wants to rent a place on the lake now when you can't use it for anything.

Doesnt everyone love the rain!? No jobs, cant wash your own car without it getting dirty the next day.

Hopefully it stops soon. Its been raining every day.

Hey, send some of that rain to Deep South Texas. We could use some rain.

I rather deal with the rains then the fires we usually get when it gets dry out.

We don't want to hear about your X-lake house Surfer. ;) The water behind my house goes up and down with the tide. It's never a problem getting my boat off the lift or jet skis in the water. :D
