Foam cannon question

How much duragloss wash would you use in a foam cannon for a large sedan? Thinking about making the cannon purchase. If you have a better cost effective wash please post. Thanks

1oz and I can easily do one car. Not sure it's more efficient because I always follow with a two bucket wash. It does make the two bucket wash easier because most all the dirt and grit that can damage the paint is gone after the pressure wash.

I'd say it's less efficient because it's an extra step, but way safer for the cars finish.

Wow only 1-2 ounces for you guys? Are you guys getting thick foam or just soapy water because that doesn't seem like much. I use 3 ounces of product but I only add water up to half way of the bottle and that's enough for a small car.

1oz to a full bottle water gives a nice thick foam.
2oz to a full bottles water is almost too thick and is enough for two cars.
Your mix is fine. I use chem guys shampoo.

3.5 to 4 oz. Meguiar’s Hyper-Wash with 1/2 oz Optimum No Rinse and a full bottle with cannon 1/4 turn off full will just cover my Avalanche. Foam is like shaving cream.
