OUCH!!! I did read your post, and to clear it up it was Matt, but Matt is a gym junkie now, he is slim and trim!

Since we're talking about foam guns (or at least we were), what soaps do you use? I've just finished my old jug of Rain-x high foaming soap, and I'm looking to get something different; something with more staying power on my car.

Currently using the DP Xtreme Foam Formula and I highly recommend using that.

LOL thanks Meghan...and no more protein shake diet for me. 2 weeks of that torture was enough...
 
what dilution amounts are you guys putting into the quart foam gun for the dp xtreme foam ?

also, if there's still some leftover, do you guys leave it in there ?

and do you guys bother about the maintenance as per the instructions ?
 
I use two ounces of DP and add six ounces of water, I only use it as a pre-wash followed up by the two bucket method so eight ounces does my whole car.:D
I NEVER leave any unused product in the tank and rinse with clean water until there is absolutely nothing but clean water coming out. Mine is too new for any maintenance but I will follow the instructions.
 
It is one of nicest products I own. Love it. Spray the complete car down while doing the wheels. Spray again when start washing car with mit and buckets. Spray as I move around the car. I thing it cuts a lot of time of of washing especially on the pickup.
