Foam gun vs cannon...worth it?

I debated the cost and effect of the foam cannon for over a year. Those videos kept turning me off because they were being displayed on pretty clean vehicles. I finally just said what the hell. The AR Blue foam Canon was 1/2 the price of the competitors on the net, but made by the same company as those same competitors (i.e. costs less than the garden sprayer equivalent), so the cost was not so bad. Also, the AR Blue PW is a nice little piece of machinery. I use the electric PW because my gas PW is too loud and too much trouble for washing my vehicles; it's reserved for deck cleaning and heavy duty type work.

I can say that, for me, it's been useful during during the spring pollen fallouts. I foam, let it dwell then use the eletric PW to remove the mother nature's natural abrasives (the pollen) that way I am laying my mitts on a pretty clean non-abrasive slate. It also worked out during the winter to remove heavy dirt and salt from this winter's snow. So for me, it's worth it.

I use the foam cannon and PW every time I wash my vehicles.

if i owned a business or were doing multiple cars daily i would definitely get a pressure washer and foam cannon. otherwise, i would just choose the foam gun. it's a little more versatile...
