Foam Pad Kit ?

I bought a kit a few years ago, and was wondering what pads I have. The kit was D.A. Deluxe BFPK-200, It has a yellow Wolfgang pad, white pad, Black pad 76-7165VC, orange pad and another pad that look like a light yellow. I lost the instructions and needed to know what each pad is for.
