ok now we are getting somewhere. It is a bit difficult to understand your posts sometimes.
so after you wash, clay, dry and are doing your polishing step (compound, refining polish,etc) to get the swirls out of your paint, you need to use the buffer with the polishes. Doing the polishing by hand is not very effective at all. After you finish polishing a 2x2 section, then wipe off the residue using a MF by hand, then move on to a new 2x2 section if you are happy with the results. Once you are done the polishing step, you can rewash the car or use 10-15% IPA to wipe it down, then put on your wax with the buffer and a soft pad, then wipe it off by hand...
If you have been doing the compounding by hand and using the machine to remove the residue then I'm not surprised you are not happy with the results!
There are lots of video's you watch on the use of a buffer here and on youtube. If you watch a couple I'm sure you'll have awesome looking paint in no time.
