I've been following a tip from a local detailer. Buy some oxygen cleaner and mix up a bucket at the "pre-soak" strength. Toss in your pads and let them soak for an hour or so. Give them a light scrubbing with a brush and then back in the bucket to soak for a few hours or even overnight. Rinse thoroughly and hang up to dry.
I do the same with all my MF cloths, too.

Dawn Power Dissolver??

I'm not partial, I find all Dawn that I've used works the same really. I have used APC in the past as well, with poor results IMO...
