Follow up question on Carnauba over Sealant

I have a follow up question to my question in this post.

Say I have my Megs sealant down and then apply a carnauba over it. X months later I decide it's time to seal again. Do I need to strip the wax first? This is for my daily driver that I want to k.i.s.s.

If you wait more than 3 months or so the nuba is probably fine anyway. I never strip if I'm just waxing but at least once every six months i clay and polish. That will easily strip anything off. At the the month mark I reapply a wax or sealant and after every wash I use a spray wax/sealant
