I am interested to know if M27 can be applied, or something else to enhance the protection that the AIO will leave behind. I will use D166 with yellow foam and free orbit orbital rotor, the paint has medium and light swirls.
I have M27, M26, ULW, Gold Class, NXT 2.0, but I'm not sure if it is advisable to put something on D166, or if I will really achieve greater protection.
My sister will bring me a pearl black Impreza, the time I have is a maximum of eight hours between the application of D166 and what I put later, I reiterate, that in case it is advisable to do so.
That is my great doubt.

Thanks for the responses for coming.

My sister will bring me a pearl black
Impreza,

hours between the application of D166
and what I put on later…
•For best results:
-Meguiar’s suggests to allow D166
to cure between 12-24 hours before
topping.

•But if you only have 8 hours to allow
for curing…then, IMO, that’ll have to do.
-As an aside: I’ll wager that it’ll still
turn out fine and dandy.

I will try to post photos of the result ... It will be with M27 then ..

Thanks..!!

You will not be getting the longevity of M27 applied over D166. I have always found M27 to be inconsistent with it's longevity anyway. D166 doesn't have the most durability either. I would just top it off with D156 and call it a day and reapply it as often as desired.

I have an unopened gallon in my arsenal.
I'll try 156, thanks for the tip.

Or, IMO:
You could go with your original topping
choice of M27.

I will try to post photos of the result ...
It will be with M27 then ..

Here’s Meguiar’s description of M27:

“This all-new formula was engineered from
the ground up, delivering a brilliant gloss and
slickness and can be applied as an extremely
durable stand-alone Sealant; or applied over
another Wax, Sealant, or Paint Protection Film
for additional protection”.

As I said, I don't know what would be better, you undoubtedly have more knowledge than I do.
I will talk to my sister and tell her about her recommendations, I will try M27 on the sides, and 156 on the horizontal panels.
My damn inexperience makes me indecisive, haha.

:D

Greetings.

…I will try M27 on the sides,
and 156 on the horizontal panels.

(knowledge; inexperience; indecisive)

IMO:
Knowledge gained through hands-on
experiences, can only generate more
effective decisiveness.

Here are some photos before washing ,,,, after washing and decontamination, and then, M27 on top of D166 on the side panels and D156 on top of D166 on the horizontal panels.
