Football season needs to hurry up!

I don't play fantasy football but yes I am ready. I am really ready for the Bears to beat up on the Packers! Oh wait what am I thinking, they signed Cutler :(

YES!! Now that NBA finals are over we have sports dead zone until September when college football starts. I'm usually so desperate by August that I find myself actually watching NFL pre-season games.
The bright spot of summer for me is racing, nascar but especially open wheel. Only on weekends though. Too bad.

not a fantasy football player, like the NFL but a bigger college football fan. UCF & Penn State...going all the way to Dublin to watch game (few friends play for UCF too) of course, going to travel too...i couldn't spend that much on a plane ticket just for a game! lol

With all the rain (and flooding) this week, I even looking forward to the 'Dog Days' of August.

I too can't wait for football, once hockey ended there's a lull in sports for me only thing is it marks the end of summer and that's no fun

Don't Rush It. Enjoy each day. Those of us who live in the North, football means Fall which means Winter is near.
Moving, shoveling and pushing the darn white flakes around (aka. Ice and Snow) is near. You don't want to see
a northerner during winter. They get really mean. :buffing:
 
Sports is dead? How about some World Cup to watch in the meantime?

I get my fix watching Canadian Football and Arena Football. Then the NFL Network for almost everything too.

We haven't warmed up yet. I think yesterday was the first day over 80 this year. Every other day for the last month and half we have been 70-75

I was really disappointed with the ravens last year. Especially from a fantasy football perspective. Hopefully they do better this year if not my back up fav team is the Bears.
