For a gallon of gas....that's ridiculous!!!

$3.55 for 93 at a Loves in Newton, IA on Sunday.

And, for a cherry on top, he promised some folks that he would take our guns "by stealth" in his second term if he couldn't get congress to go along with the treason, starting out with making semi-automatics illegal. This is no joke. Gas prices are not the only things at stake.

BTW, Obamacare is based on "Romneycare" which Romney helped push through in MA. He's owned and controlled by the same people as Barry Soetero, aka Barack Obama, so we may be no better off with him.

We are screwed and getting worse until we stop voting for the people with the best hair and start voting for people with principles that they stand by everyday and not just when it's convenient.

I agree with you. The gas prices will stay high as long as we ignore ample energy sources in Alaska, North Dakota, and our shores. We have more than enough oil and gas. Drill baby Drill!!!

It's not really a question of supply of oil, rather the lack of refineries and ways to get oil to those refineries, ie the pipeline that Barry axed. Also, refineries are closing up shop left and right.

To go along with the few refineries, there's also four different blends of gas for four regions of the United States plus a winter and summer blend for each region. It's built-in supply shortage every 6 months.

Fuel costs were killing me, even when it was at the low-mid $3's. Thats why I bought a TDI Golf! I am getting 35MPG with City and back road driving, and 45MPG in the highways! I get about 500-600 miles a tank using $13 gallons.

Just paid $4.35 a gallon for D2. RUG is about $4.09 a gallon in my area.

It is costing me about $0.12 a mile to drive my TDI, and it has 230 ft/lbs of torque!

Not to mention OPEC (the largest oil supplier in the world) sets quotas on how many barrels of oil they'll sell per day. It's the most abundant and valuable resource they have and they're holding on to it as long as they can. They could produce much more oil, but it would saturate the markets and depress the price per barrel of oil. Not good business sense for them.

I've been tracking my gas mileage with an iPhone app since the week I bought the car. Using 91 octane, I'm averaging 25.84 MPG and $0.14 per mile. Average cost per gallon is $3.50 from 7/25/10 through 4/20/12.

I paid $3.99 my last time, now its about $4.07, gallon. I went from a 2001 Ford F150 at 15mpg to a 2012 Prius at 47.5 mpg.

I paid $3.44 for 87 regular for my dodge truck and $3.72 for 93 premium for my infiniti.

I just bought a Hemi a month ago LOL,I don't care we only live once.I don't track my mpg.But by the on board computer says 13.5 mpg city and 20 mpg Hwy.

The refineries could easily make more gas. The environmental regulations and EPA nut cases are holding back business. The Chinese have no problems with gas or refineries.

I'd just like to say that I paid $3.09 for gas today. It's nice to see it that low again. Hoping for sub 3 dollar gas.

Here in Los Angeles paid $3.69/gallon. 2 weeks ago it was $4.21 that was killer......

The Shell station I go to has regular for $3.44 but I chose to run premium in my car, so its $3.74 and I wish it would go down another $1.00 though.
