For $420 I would pick the Rupes 15 kit.

If you are just going to buff out one car I wouldn't get the rupes or the flex. Stick with the griots garage polisher or pcxp. The use the rest of the money for other stuff like waxes, mf towels, pads, and everything else you'll need.

Ok I was thinking on starting on my wife's and mkne but I thought on eventually doing something like a side money maker sense I like it so much what you recomend me

I was thinking on something like megs v2 and the microfiber kit and thoughts?

I would go with the griot's since it has more power and a lifetime warranty.

I think I'm not covered because im from Puerto Rico and I don't live in the USA

Agreed. I think the GG6 would be the best option for the warranty alone.
Compared to the PC it's also much more stable and quieter. I just picked up a GG now my PC will be for 3"/4" pads only.

Thanks for the heads up ;)

I just sent Griot's an email asking, I'll let you know what they respond with.

Thanks a lot really. ... :) what are youre thoughts on the Megs one ain't it similar to the Griots polisher

That is for sure. The extra power, stability, and control is added benefits of the machine. If you rack and stack all the DA polishers (excluding the RUPES and FLEX) the Griots has no equal.

Jumm no equal sow megs one is less powerful interesting find here

Here's a informative link on many polishers

It doesn't list the Griot's but it does show the Meg's and PC.

Personally I have no experience with the Meguiar's polisher, I'm sure you can get the results you're looking for with it, but the Griot's has much more power to it and is probably the only polisher that could effectively use a 6" pad. I would still go with 5.5" pads regardless. Both are going to be an orbital polisher that rotates in a circular fashion while spinning.

Here's a specs breakdown, take it for what it's worth. Regardless of the power difference technique is what is ultimately most important.

Porter Cable 7424XP

Griot's Garage Random Orbital Polisher

Griot's Lifetime Warranty

Meguiar's G110v2
4.2 AMP
