did it once .... cannot say it worked any better than a foamy. Hands felt wierd for a couple of days.

I bet they did!! I always thought that was weird when i watched that video. Wouldn't gasoline or kerosene remove the wax off your hands though? Then soap to remove those, and then lotion so you don't dry out?

There are only a few waxes that recommend this type of application. Zymol and Victoria Wax to name a couple. I know there are a couple of more out there. Other waxes recommend a regular applicator.

The heat and moisture in your hands cause the wax to become pliable. That's the only reason the hands are used. Plus, you never have to worry about dropping your pad!!!
