What I tell each client is perfection takes time. When I tell them I will arrive at your home at 8am and will be done hopefully by 6pm, they just don't understand. Until they see the work first hand its hard to tell someone over the phone your work will be different then a local swirlmatic, covering up your swirls with filler waxes. The other day I saw a Ferrari 550 Maranello at the local detail shop being hand washed, one bucket containing a brush and wash mitt so dirty it made me wanna cry. I looked at the guys paint covered in swirl marks so bad the paint looked oxidized, walked over to the owner to let him know how his car was being abused and he let me know he thinks his paint looks great and is pleased with the results he gets from this shop! My heart cried, it was a sad day!
